How long does verification take, and what do you compare it with?

2026-07-29

You want a figure. Two hours, two days, a week. We went looking for it in the published terms of all eighteen partners in our catalog, and it is in none of them. We have not measured it ourselves either, and we will not invent a number to fill the gap.

What can be done is show you what gets published in its place, and why so many people read that as an answer.

Ten of eighteen do not ask at the door

At Acebet, Bitz, Duel, Jetton, LEV, LuckyBear, MELLSTROY, Qzino, RakeBit and Reels documents sit outside the ordinary withdrawal flow. Sign up, play, cash out, nobody asks for a passport.

Parimatch is deliberately missing from that list. Our own catalog flags it non-KYC while our own review page for it says the opposite, in as many words, and points readers elsewhere if playing without documents matters to them. We are asking the partner which one is right instead of picking the answer that reads better. Until they answer, treat Parimatch as a casino that will ask.

That is a default setting rather than a promise. Every one of those operators keeps the right to request documents if a security team sees signs of a multi-account, or a payout heading to a card that is not in your name. When that happens, verification begins at the exact moment your money is already sitting in a withdrawal queue. That moment is what this whole piece is about.

The other seven publish a number about something else

Verification is mandatory at 1xBet, BC.Game, Dragon Money, FastPari, JoyCasino, MelBet and Mostbet, and their terms say so plainly. Not one of the seven states how long the check itself takes.

What each of them does state is payout speed.

  • BC.Game: about 3 minutes
  • Mostbet: crypto in about 5 minutes
  • Dragon Money: 5 to 30 minutes
  • 1xBet: crypto in about 10 minutes
  • FastPari: about 10 minutes
  • MelBet: about an hour
  • JoyCasino: about 24 hours, the slowest figure in our catalog

Those are partner statements, not measurements of ours. Read them for what they describe: a transfer that happens once your documents have already been accepted. A three-minute payout tells you nothing about the day your file might spend in front of a compliance team first.

The one figure that came from us

We measure exactly one thing: how long a VIP manager takes to reply to an application we hand over.

At Reels the median first reply is four minutes against an hour promised, across twenty-one handled applications. At Parimatch it is forty-five minutes against a promised thirty, across seventeen. For the other sixteen partners we hold three applications or fewer each, and a median on that is noise, so we publish nothing.

That is the entire extent of our measured data. Verification duration, real payout speed, how long a complaint takes and how often withdrawals are refused all sit outside it.

The order you meet the manager in decides what a question costs

Six partners switch VIP on only after money is in: 1xBet, BC.Game, Jetton, LEV, LuckyBear and Mostbet. Deposit first, manager second. So the conversation about documents happens with your funds already there.

At the rest a manager reaches you before any deposit, which makes every question below free to ask. Two run differently again: JoyCasino and Duel take a sign-up link rather than an application from us, so their support is yours to deal with directly.

Verify while nothing is riding on it

Deposit a modest amount, play a little, then withdraw a small sum straight away. If a check is going to happen, this is when you want it: a delay costs you patience instead of money.

Worth putting in a first message:

  • How many hours does the check take once documents are uploaded
  • Which documents do you accept, and in what format
  • Can I verify before my first withdrawal rather than during it
  • Is my balance frozen while the check runs, or does the withdrawal simply queue
  • Does the clock restart when you come back asking for one more file
  • What triggers a repeat check later: a new payment method, or an amount well above my usual

An operator answering the first question with a number is applying a written rule. One answering "as fast as possible" is describing a queue you will not be shown. Both answers are useful, and both are far cheaper to collect while your money is still yours.

An application from any partner card lands straight in that casino's VIP chat rather than general support, JoyCasino and Duel aside. Ask about the check in your first message. It is the one figure in this piece that exists nowhere in the published terms.
